How the process works
1. Start a claim
Follow this link to the warranty form to start your claim. Be sure to share as much information as possible about your issue. If you have questions about your claim, please email contact@carlfriedrik.com before starting.
2. We review your claim
Within 14 days, our team will review the information provided and determine the best solution.
3. Repair or replacement
Depending on the extent of the defect, we’ll either send a replacement part, repair the product in-house or send you a replacement product.
