The Luggage Tag

So, a bit if an adventure with this one.

Unfortunately the first one I bought broke off from my checker in luggage and got lost after my very first flight.

It was quite disappointing and part of me feels like maybe the strap should be more sturdy.

That being said, when i bought a Sonder bag at the Carl Friedrik store in London, the sales assistant gave me a brand new one when i mentioned my first one came off.

So essentially this review is more of a comment on the excellent customer service.

That last star might just be added if the new tag survives my next trip!
