Hard-shell cabin suitcase

A fantastic combination of modern materials and refined luxury - this suitcase is deceptively light for it's durable nature and is able to endure the rigors of travel as metal would but at a fraction of the weight.

The polycarbonate body flexes instead of bending, allowing for it to endure stresses that another suitcase would not be able to while still returning to it's original shape (on my last flight it was handled roughly while being loaded on the plane and managed to come out without a scratch on it)

The accent leather gives a sleek "quite luxury" look to the piece - instantly standing out without being overbearing. It is a perfect balance of minimal and elegant.

I purchased the dark brown version of carry-on and was very impressed when I received it . It looks beautiful and extremely well built. I love the material as it looks like it will handle scuff marks very well. Also, the locks are very high-quality . The hinges are massive and very solid compared to other carry-ons. The outer shell is riveted to the aluminum frame and confident piece will stand the test of time.

When I ordered carry-on, the color I wanted wasn't ready to ship but Carl Friedrik gave me a little discount which I thought was a nice gesture.

I had bought the Rimowa Hybrid (decided not to keep it) which is very similar to the CF for almost three times the price and can honestly say that the CF is a few steps above it from a quality and aesthetic perspective. I feel CF is priced fairly given the quality and how awesome it looks. I also purchased the packing cubes which are very nice.

I haven't traveled recently hence haven't used it but looking forward to taking it on the maiden voyage in December.

I foresee other CF purchases in my future given their commitment to quality and beautiful aesthetics.
