Carl Friedrik × Nobu Hotels giveaway | Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
The giveaway is open to entrants worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Carl Friedrik, Nobu Hotels, and their affiliates, partners and agencies are not eligible to enter.

To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official giveaway entry form hosted on carlfriedrik.com or Carl Friedrik social media posts and ads.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries or entries generated by automated means will be void.

The competition opens on Thursday, November 13 and closes at 11:59 pm (PST) on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

The winner will receive:

A 3-night stay for two at one of the following Nobu Hotels locations: Chicago, Marrakech, Atlanta, Atlantic City, Marbella, Roma, Ibiza Bay, London Portman Square, Miami or Barcelona.
A Nobu dining experience for two at the same hotel location.
A Carl Friedrik Hybrid Luggage Set (model and colour subject to availability).
A $1,000 Flightgift Gift Card to be used towards flight bookings.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Accommodation and dining are subject to availability and hotel blackout dates, including but not limited to peak holiday periods, major city events and special promotions, as determined at each participating Nobu Hotel’s discretion.
The Nobu Hotel stay must be redeemed at a single Nobu Hotel location, cannot be split across properties and the destination cannot be changed after the confirmed selection.
Accommodation and dining are subject to availability at the chosen Nobu Hotel.
The Nobu Hotel stay must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified. Extensions will not be granted.
The Nobu Hotel stay must be redeemed consecutively at the selected hotel; nights cannot be split across multiple dates.
The Nobu dining experience must be redeemed during the same stay and at the same Nobu Hotels location selected by the winner.
The winner is responsible for all additional expenses, including transportation, travel insurance, meals not specified, incidentals and any required visas or travel documentation.
The prize may not be resold or used for commercial gain, promotional purposes or third-party giveaways.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the competition closing.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding.

By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by Carl Friedrik (the “Promoter”) and Nobu Hotels (the “Prize Partner”) for the sole purpose of administering the giveaway.
By providing their email address, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from both Carl Friedrik and Nobu Hotels. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Carl Friedrik Privacy Policy and the Nobu Hotels Privacy Policy.

Nobu Hotels shall not be responsible for the administration of the giveaway, including winner selection or communication.
Neither Carl Friedrik nor Nobu Hotels will be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner resulting from participating in this giveaway or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Carl Friedrik and Nobu Hotels are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or corrupted due to technical or network issues.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances make such action necessary.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement if there is evidence of fraud or non-compliance.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
