In stock and Pre-order items
- In stock items ship within 2 working days.
- Pre-order items will be shipped by the date displayed on each product's page and in the cart.
- Personalised products take two additional working days to dispatch.
- Personalisation on pre-orders does not extend the shipping time, the shipping date displayed on the product page is the date it will be dispatched.
Taxes and duties
We offer Duty Paid and Landed Prices outside of the EU for the majority of destinations. At checkout we will calculate these costs and you will be able to pre-pay these at checkout in most cases. For some destinations, prices include taxes and duties.
If you choose not to pre-pay at checkout, you may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country. Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
United States: There are no import fees payable for purchases under $800 (~£550). If you're looking to place an order for over £550+, do get in touch with us.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return your order, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund.
Please note, goods returned must be in an unused, perfect condition, complete with original packaging.
If you are in the EU, Switzerland and Norway: We will arrange and pay for return shipping, and will refund the total order amount.
If you are outside of the EU: We don't cover the return shipping cost, except in the case of an exchange. The original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded if the order has been shipped. We can also manage the return process and shipping using our carriers, with the cost deducted from your refund. In this case, we will inform you about the return shipping cost. Please contact us for details.
Personalised items returns
Please read the below carefully regarding personalised items.
Personalised wallets and tech cases: Due to permanent nature of embossing these items, we are however unable to accept returns and cannot issue refunds for personalised items.
Personalised bags: We accept returns returns of personalised bags (because personalisation is done on a removable leather patch), and can issue a refund for the full amount of the returned bag. We cannot issue a refund for the cost of the personalisation service.
We offer free exchanges worldwide! If you would like to exchange your item for something else we will cover the return shipping for you.
For items of different values, we will either refund or send you a payment request for the difference.
If there is something wrong with your product, we will make sure to fix this. Please notify us as soon as possible in this case, and no later than 30 days after receipt.

We offer lifetime warranty covering repairs or replacements for functional damages. Broadly, this means things that prevent you from using the product. That means if there's a functional damage, we will fix it for you. We do not cover related costs, such as shipping.
