    Highly efficient service

    No sooner had I reported a defective lock clasp than a new one with instructions on how to fit it was in the post. It was a doddle to fit to boot. Thanks!

    Easy to install but….

    It was really easy to install the replacement trolley handle, but it was really hard to remove the existing one. Other than that, it was really simple replacement. Customer service was amazing.
