Import Duties and Taxes
If you are outside the EU, your country's customs might charge an import fee. A quick web search will probably help you find out if this is applicable in your country. To get an estimate, we recommend www.dutycalculator.com , or contacting your customs office directly.
United States: There are no import fees payable for all purchases under $800 (~£550). If you're looking to place an order for over £550+, do get in touch with us.
Holiday returns update: Please note, all purchases between Nov. 20th and Dec. 25th 2017, benefit from an extended return period, until Jan. 31st. The extended return period replaces the standard 30-day return period below.
If you would like to request a return, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. If you are in the EU : we will refund the total product amount and take care of the return shipping cost.
2. If you are outside of the EU (including Switzerland and Norway): Unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping cost, except in the case of an exchange.
If you would like to exchange your item for another, we will refund (or charge) the price difference and ship the new item for free. If there's is something wrong with your product, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days, after receipt.

Personalised wallets and tech cases: Due to permanent nature of embossing these items, we are however unable to accept returns and cannot issue refunds for personalised items.
Personalised bags: We accept returns returns of personalised bags (because personalisation is done on a removable leather patch), and can issue a refund for the full amount of the returned bag. We cannot issue a refund for the cost of the personalisation service.
We offer lifetime warranty covering repairs or replacements including related costs. That means whatever happens to your bag, wallet or case we will fix it for you.
